The baked goods of The Green Oak's Bakery are for the most part handmade by Joseph Alindogan and his mother, Editha Alindogan. Additionally, most pictures for the bakery are taken and edited by Jared Alindogan, Joseph's brother.

We only use ingredients that are natural and can be found in most kitchens. As for our Filipino baked goods we use ingredients like Ube jam or Macapuno coconut strings from our local Filipino stores in Maryland.
